BongaCams review: what it is, who it's for
A large European-leaning free cam site with a lot of Russian and Eastern European performers.

BongaCams is another free-to-watch cam platform, and its distinguishing feature is where the performers come from: it's strong in Europe, especially Eastern Europe, so the mix is different from the US-heavy Chaturbate. Public rooms are free, tokens buy tips and private shows, browsing needs no account. It's a big site with a lot online around European evening hours. Adults only.
What BongaCams is
BongaCams is a large free cam site with a European and Eastern European tilt to its roster. Public chat is free, and the only thing that costs money is tokens, used for private, group and spy shows and for tips. Its FAQ is the most specific in this category about prices, which makes it easy to know what you're getting into.
Token prices, from the FAQ
Card packages: 39 tokens for €2.99 (about €0.08 each), 76 for €4.99, 156 for €9.99, 462 for €24.99, 984 for €49.99 and 1,260 for €65.00. Larger packs cost less per token. Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and there is SMS payment in some countries. BongaCams says it has no recurring charges: you decide when to buy more. An automatic top-up feature exists but is opt-in when you buy a package.
What a minute costs
Models set their own prices for private modes, but the FAQ lists defaults: spy mode 15 tokens a minute, group chat 30, private chat 60, full-private 90. At the €2.99 pack rate, a default private minute is roughly €4.60; at the €65 pack it's closer to €3.10. Free chat is free and you don't pay to talk to models in public rooms.
Premium membership is free
BongaCams uses "premium member" to mean anyone who has bought tokens at least once. It costs nothing extra, lasts for life, and gives access to all features. Buy the €2.99 pack once and you're premium.
Refunds, statements, models' cut
If you're unsatisfied with a private show or hit a technical problem, the FAQ says to contact support and describe it, with the reminder that models are not obliged to fulfil every request. Charges appear on your statement under EPOCH or SegPay. The site says roughly 50% of your money goes to the models. Free tokens: 10 with any purchase, and 50% of a referred friend's first purchase.
Age
The site states that all members and persons appearing have contractually represented they are 18 or older, with an 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement. The operator's company name is not on the pages we checked.
BongaCams against the alternatives
If you want to know exactly what you'll pay before you start, BongaCams is the clearest of the cam sites. Chaturbate has the biggest roster; Stripchat the newest interface; LiveJasmin the polished private-show experience. Table below.
